I had ever had. My experience here was amazing, challenging, fun, fast past
and very family orientated. Jet taught me how to become a better communicator
with my fellow coworkers as well as with our members. What I would do on a daily basis is help out
members locate their orders by finding who the carrier was (FedEx, USPS, UPS
ect..) Then getting the tracking information they needed so they wouldn’t
have to call Jet each time they wanted to locate the order. I always relayed they could call or email as much
as they needed for any inquiry on accounts. Working here also taught me how
to gain more knowledge working with emails and how to de-escalate our members
who immediately asked to speak with a supervisor or “Higher up”. Often I
would find myself being able to help our member with the issue(s) with
complete ease and ended the phone calls with laughter and happiness with
member(s) saying “I wish there were more Customer Service Agents out there
like you” I love a challenge and to surpass my own expectations with myself
and my supervisors, team leads, QA ect.. The last meeting I had with my QA
leader said that I was passing other coworkers who had been working there for
3+ months ahead of me just by me being there for a month. I take great pride in what I do and WANT to help
whoever I am working with little to no hardship on my members as possible.
